P-gp抑制剂选择指南

P-gp，即P-糖蛋白，是一类典型的多药耐药转运蛋白，具有广泛特异性，能够将许多药物排出细胞外，导致细胞内药物浓度降低，从而影响药物疗效，是许多亲脂性药物难以进入中枢神经系统发挥治疗作用的重要原因之一。

P-gp与血脑屏障的功能相关，它的表达在血液恶性肿瘤和实体瘤细胞的耐药性中起着重要作用。研究P-gp作用下药物的外排作用对癌症、肿瘤以及中枢神经系统疾病的治疗具有重大意义。
