传感器是能把被测量转化为输出信号的装置,广泛应用各领域。
在传感器里,纳米材料作用突出。敏感元件上,氧化锌等金属氧化物、碳纳米管、石墨烯用于气体检测,靠大比表面积与电学特性吸附气体改变电阻;氧化锌、纳米二氧化钛依湿度影响电学性能测湿度;石墨烯、量子点用于生物检测,前者结合生物分子、后者靠荧光标记来实现,应用于医学等领域。信号转换时,纳米氧化锌受外力将机械能转电能测压力振动,碳纳米管 - 聚合物复合材料把温度差转电信号制成温度传感器。
