有机磷系阻燃剂(OPFRs)

有机磷系阻燃剂(OPFRs)作为一种新型阻燃剂,正逐渐取代传统的有机溴系阻燃剂,并广泛用于建材、家居、电子、纺织等行业。

有机溴系阻燃剂因持久性、生物蓄积性、毒性等而在全球范围内被逐步限制使用和淘汰。与溴系阻燃剂一样,随着有机磷系阻燃剂使用量的逐渐增加,同样引起了人们对其影响的担忧。

由于OPFRs是通过物理混合而非化学键合的方式添加到聚合物材料中,因此,很容易通过磨损、浸出、溶解、挥发等方式释放到环境中。目前,已有研究报道,在室内空气、灰尘、饮用水和土壤等多种环境介质中检测出有机磷系阻燃剂[1-4]。正在进行的毒理学研究显示,OPFRs具有内分泌干扰、生殖发育和神经等多种潜在毒性[5-8]

国外已有多个国家颁布法律/法规以限制OPFRs在各种产品中的使用。加拿大《消费者产品安全法案》禁止儿童泡沫使用磷酸三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯(TCEP);欧盟《玩具安全指令》对玩具中磷酸三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯(TCEP)、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP)和磷酸三(1,3-二氯异丙基)酯(TDCPP)含量做出了规定。

未来,随着有机磷酸酯类带来的环境污染日益严重,关于该类化合物的暴露水平及健康风险研究也会越来越深入。
