肿瘤干细胞相关活性小分子化合物-百灵威

肿瘤干细胞（CSCs）是具有自我更新能力并能产生异质性肿瘤细胞的细胞群。肿瘤干细胞对肿瘤的存活、增殖、转移及复发有着重要作用。

研究发现，CSCs发展出多种机制，用以保护自身免受毒素和基因毒性应激的影响，包括提升DNA损伤修复能力、增加药物转运蛋白的表达、维持低活性氧（ROS）环境等。因此，针对维持干细胞所需的信号通路如Notch、Wnt信号通路进行靶向治疗，是目前CSCs治疗策略的主要方向。

新开发的针对CSCs表面标记物的药物如CD44、CD133、Sox2标记物为癌症治疗带来了新方向。
