脂质体是将药物包封于类脂质双分子层内而形成的微型囊泡，一般由磷脂和胆固醇组成。脂质体在1956年由英国科学家Bangham首次提出，随后作为药物载体，表现出高靶向、缓控释、良好的生物相容性和低毒副作用等优点，是药物递送领域最具前景的药物载体之一。
    抗体修饰的脂质体是一种主动靶向脂质体，用于抗体-脂质体连接的功能基团通常为氨基、二硫键和糖基，利用抗体与抗原特异性结合，可将肿瘤药物，抗炎药物等定向地转运到靶区浓集而发挥药效。
