钙钛矿太阳能电池里面的空穴传输层对太阳能电池的光电转换效率起到重要作用,空穴传输层主要功能是传输空穴以及阻止电子与电极复合。理想的空穴传输层材料应具有良好电荷传导性能及合适的能级匹配,这样才能有效传导空穴、抑制电子与对电极复合。
聚三芳胺(PTAA)作为空穴传输层材料在提高钙钛矿太阳能电池的性能方面表现非常出色,该聚合物是一种高度可溶的无定形半导体聚合物。聚合物骨架中的氮原子限制了相邻苯基单元之间π电子的离域,并导致低HOMO能级和优异的氧化稳定性。
