胶体金免疫层析技术(GICA)是一种基于抗原-抗体特异性结合的快速检测方法,广泛应用于医学诊断、食品安全、环境监测等领域。
胶体金溶液是胶体金免疫层析技术的核心材料。是一种由纳米级金颗粒(通常为1-150 nm)分散在溶剂(多为水)中形成的胶体体系,具有优异的稳定性和生物相容性,可通过Au-S键方便地与各类抗体、蛋白、酶、聚合物等分子结合,实现高效递送或特异性检测。

1.最高浓度可达5mg/mL (100OD),稀释后使用,降低抗原/抗体/蛋白损失,大幅降低活材使用。
2.粒径均匀可调:粒径从45nm到70nm。不规则形状比例小于5%,存储稳定;
3.使用便捷:产品不含表面活性剂,使用时可直接稀释或进行标记,提高实验重复性。
