水分分析-卡尔·费休滴定法-百灵威

卡尔·费休滴定法于1935年由卡尔·费休首先提出，属于碘量法。其基本原理是利用碘氧化二氧化硫时，需要一定量的水参加反应。

(1) CH₃OH + SO₂ + RN → [RNH]SO₃CH₃ (RN = 有机碱)
(2) H₂O + I₂ + [RNH]SO₃CH₃ + 2RN → [RNH]SO₄CH₃ + 2[RNH]I (RN = 有机碱)

通过反应原理可知，碘氧化烷基亚硫酸盐生成烷基硫酸盐，并消耗样品中的水分。其中，消耗水和碘的化学计量比为1:1。因此，可通过反应消耗碘的量计算出样品中水分含量。
