化学发光磁珠是一种夹层型结构的磁珠,它含有多孔聚合物内核,内核外包覆着特殊的聚合物材料以获得特定的表面性质,磁性材料则填充于二者之间的间隙中,这样既可使微球获得较大的浮力、粒径高度均一;同时也可以采用不同涂覆材料来获得各种表面基团,降低微球的非特异性吸附,为降低背景信号和提高灵敏度提供了很好的基础。
化学发光磁珠根据表面性质不同有羧基、氨基、tosyl基、链霉亲和素(SA)等基团,它们可与核酸、蛋白、多肽等生物分子偶联形成稳定的结构。它既可用于磁微粒化学发光、也可用于免疫沉淀与凝集、细胞的磁性分离、核酸特异性捕获等诸多领域。
