药物性肝损伤(drug- induced liver injury,DILI),是药物引起肝脏功能障碍或损伤的病理过程。羧酸酯酶(carboxylesterase,CE)是主要存在于人体肝脏中的一种重要酶,其活性的降低或缺乏与DILI的产生和严重程度有关。因此,检测DILI中CE水平的变化将有助于了解DILI的病理和生理影响。
山东中医药大学唐志新老师开发一种新型的近红外荧光探针——
MB-CE,是一种基于甲蓝(MB)设计的近红外荧光探针,能通过羧酸酯酶介导的水解反应释放荧光。并利用其特有的羧酸酯酶识别基团和可切割的连接物,特异性检测羧酸酯酶的活性,并在生物系统中进行成像。

个人简介
唐志新,山东中医药大学讲师,硕士生导师。2014年于山东师范大学获学士学位,2020年于大连理工大学获博士学位。2020年-至今任山东中医药大学实验中心讲师。目前研究方向为疾病相关生物标志物的荧光探针构建与生物成像应用;荧光探针用于中药药效物质筛选与评价。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项。荣获2024年中国民族医药协会科学技术奖二等奖、第二届全国博士后创新创业大赛-揭榜领题赛银奖;荣获全国创新创业优秀博士后。指导硕士研究生获得山东省研究生创新成果二等奖;指导本科生获得国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目。以第一作者、通讯作者身份在国际知名杂志Biosensors and Bioelectronics 、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical 、Analytical Chemistry等杂志发表论文13篇。
