超氧阴离子(O2 •−)作为活性氧ROS的主要前体,与铁中毒介导的癫痫密切相关。因此,建立一种高效、便捷的方法实时动态监测癫痫患者铁下垂过程中的超氧阴离子(O
2 •−),对于铁下垂介导性癫痫的诊断和治疗至关重要。然而,尚无检测超氧阴离子(O
2 •−)在铁中毒介导的癫痫中的探针报道。
山东中医药大学唐志新老师,开发了一种新型的近红外荧光探针—
NIR-FP,能够精准跟踪超氧阴离子的波动。在癫痫模型中,该探针被用来首次检测并可视化铁死亡介导的癫痫过程中超氧阴离子浓度的动态变化。

个人简介
唐志新,山东中医药大学讲师,硕士生导师。2014年于山东师范大学获学士学位,2020年于大连理工大学获博士学位。2020年-至今任山东中医药大学实验中心讲师。目前研究方向为疾病相关生物标志物的荧光探针构建与生物成像应用;荧光探针用于中药药效物质筛选与评价。主持山东省自然科学基金青年项目1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项。荣获2024年中国民族医药协会科学技术奖二等奖、第二届全国博士后创新创业大赛-揭榜领题赛银奖;荣获全国创新创业优秀博士后。指导硕士研究生获得山东省研究生创新成果二等奖;指导本科生获得国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目。以第一作者、通讯作者身份在国际知名杂志Biosensors and Bioelectronics 、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical 、Analytical Chemistry等杂志发表论文13篇。
